I want to cancel my featured listing before my time is up. Do I get a refund for pro-rated time?
Answer
When you subscribe to the featured listings, you are paying for the entire year (or timeframe you have paid for) and there is not a refund if you want to remove the listing. However, if you would like your listing removed, we will remove the listing at your request within 30 days of your start time minus a 20% service charge; after this time, there is no refund.
