How to Get yourself all over the Site: There are a couple of ways you can get your business / message across on the site.....and one big reason. It's the traffic / views / guests the site is getting. It's all about exposure, isn't it? To check out our web statistics, click here. We advertise throughout the web and locally, have a great resource of local businesses and information for guests to access, and an ever expanding list of places to stay - why would you not want to be exposing yourself here? If you are a local business, you can register and input your information and spread your business across all the applicable categories which are pertinent to you. Add your website, describe your business, add it to all the categories you fall into, add your logo, etc. If you have done that and don’t just feel complete yet, you can advertise in another avenue. You can have an image created which we display throughout the site…..it’s called Banner Ad’s. Banner Ad’s Banner Ad’s are allowed and promoted (heck, they are encouraged) through-out all of the website. They are shown on all pages of the website - just look at the top of each and every page of the site. The guidelines and sizes are listed below. Ad’s will be generated and shown in a random order on the top of each and every page within the site. All banners will be the same in size and when clicked will re-direct the user to your site on a new browser. When the banner ad is paid for and uploaded, it will be shown for the period of time paid for by the client – minimum is 12 months at a time. You may remove the banner ad prior your timeframe by contacting Escape to New Buffalo. There will not be a credit for unused time the banner was not shown. The website will automatically send out notices of time close to expiration, renewal, etc. You have the ability to continue your advertisement if you choose but will terminate at the end of your subscription period if the upcoming period is not paid for in advance. Banner Ad’s Sample Sponsor Banner Ads 468x60 Maximum banner ads: no maximum but each ad is priced indvidually. Minimum Order: 12 month subscription. Ad Rate: $250/Year Banner size (width/height): 468 x 60 pixels Banner size (maximum bytes): 15k Animation: Total Image Frames, 2 (.gif) Flash animation is fine. Day of appearance: Client will be informed when ad is “live” and timeline will start from this point. Acceptable graphic formats: GIF/JPEG Embedded JavaScript: No Hyperlink: To your web site or ETNB page listing. Can not be a page which is "under construction" Changes: $25 additional charge to replace ad image during subscription period Development: Escape to New Buffalo, at this time, does not assist in the development of ad’s. We can recommend local talent to assist in creation of ad. Newsletter We have been gathering an extensive and ever growing list of guests and followers who occasionally want to hear from us. We send out a message from time to time (usually monthly) of what is happening in the area and upcoming events and notices. What better way is there to tell enthusiasts of the area there is specials, deals, events in the area than a simple email every now and then?
